Dean has highly developed communication skills that enable him to communicate effectively with all who come in contact with him including repairers, insurers and customers, and vehicle owners. Dean’s skills and experience includes the assessing of all types of vehicles, including light and heavy transport, campervans, motor motorcycles and farm machinery, and he is very well equipped to deliver efficient, accurate, and fair assessments. He at all times demonstrates a strong sense of fair play and is professional in all aspects of his work.

Dean joined the Complete Assessing team in October 2016 bringing with him 15 years’ experience assessing and pricing vehicle repairs and, prior to that, nine years’ experience in the pricing and supply of parts for the panel industry.

Prior to joining Complete Assessing , Dean worked for two panel repair shops for 15 years providing estimates and managing the day to day operation of pricing, purchasing parts, allocating resources, staff management, liaising with customers and insurers, invoicing completed repairs, problem solving and dispute resolution.
