Jeremy Murray-Orr

Owner and Operating Manager

Jeremy Murray-Orr is the owner and operating manager of Complete Assessing NZ, coordinating daily workflow, motor vehicle assessments and in-house operating systems, while liaising with repairers, insured parties, and insurance providers. Jeremy does most of the reporting on damaged vehicle repair costs, their reinstatement, pre-accident valuations, settlement recommendations, total loss discharges and vehicle disposal. With a trade background in construction and qualifications in project management and quantity surveying, Jeremy brings strong capability in cost estimating, value engineering, practical problem solving and prioritisation of tasks. He previously worked in Christchurch as a consultant property assessor and loss adjuster on the Southern Response Project following the Canterbury earthquakes. Jeremy also supports operations across motor industry relationships, administration and systems development, industry compliance, health and safety, and quality assurance — ensuring both claims settlement and internal processes run efficiently.
