Richard’s role is to deliver day to day leadership to the Complete Assessing team, maintaining relationships with key suppliers and partners, and providing administrative support to the assessing team.

He has worked within the insurance industry and vehicle repair industry for 40 years, 15 of those years in management roles before purchasing Complete Assessing 10 years ago.
