Complete Assessing Limited is an independent motor vehicle loss adjusting practice, established in 1994 and operating throughout New Zealand. Based in Christchurch, we provide specialist motor vehicle assessment, valuation, and claims management services to insurers, fleet operators, rental car companies and commercial clients.

Our focus is to deliver prompt, fair, and technically robust assessments, ensuring repair costs are appropriate and aligned with market rates while maintaining transparency across all stakeholders. We manage claims from vehicle recovery through to completion of repairs, or in the event of a total loss through until settlement of the policyholder or third-party, including disposal of the vehicle.

We operate with a strong focus on timeliness and accuracy, typically delivering assessment completion and reporting within 1-2 working days, depending on the level of information provided. We will manage a claim from any stage of the claim cycle. From post-accident scene recovery and tow yard, to your house, workplace or repairer, wherever the vehicle, we will take care of the process to ensure efficient assessment of damage, timely and accurate cost management.
